With the right resources, everyone can deliver care during crises.

We’re creating tools, developing trainings, and removing barriers to help community crisis responders across the country meet need with care — not violence.

Technology built for and with responders

Currently in beta, the Patch app helps response teams dispatch personnel, communicate securely, and analyze response data.

Trainings and resources to build response preparedness and sustain teams

Our evolving curricula to help responders de-escalate crises and deliver care is powered by the first-ever abolitionist risk matrix for responding without police.

Relationships that reproduce best practices

The PATCH (People and Technology for Community Health) Network is a 62-member strong network of mobile crisis teams, health and social services, and abolitionist organizations across the country currently managing or interested in creating CCRTs.

Funding for emerging response teams

We’re helping remove barriers to funding and providing paid support for early stage response teams.

Community Response Works has received support from a diverse community of donors.
